Galvalume iron sheets

Application

Galvalume iron sheets, also known as aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets, is a special steel sheet product. It is coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy, which consists of aluminum, zinc and a small amount of silicon, and has excellent corrosion resistance.

Here are some key features about Galvalume iron sheets:

Corrosion resistance: thanks to the protective layer of aluminum-zinc alloy, Galvalume iron sheets show excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments, especially in humid and marine environments.

Strength and ductility: Galvalume iron has good strength and ductility and can be adapted to various machining and molding processes.

Thermal reflectivity: The aluminized zinc layer provides good thermal reflective properties, making this material widely used in construction and other areas where thermal control is required.

Aesthetics: In addition to its functionality, Galvalume tin can be enhanced with color coatings or other surface treatment techniques.

Environmentally friendly: Galvalume tin is manufactured in a more environmentally friendly way than some other corrosion protection methods.

Wide range of applications: Due to the above characteristics, Galvalume Iron is widely used in construction, automotive, home appliances, agricultural facilities, and more.

When choosing Galvalume Iron Sheet, you should consider its specifications, coating quality, corrosion resistance and other factors, and make sure to purchase it from a reliable supplier to ensure its quality and performance.

Galvalume Corrugated steel roofing sheet is made of Galvalume coil, Galvalume Steel Coil Aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets have a characteristic smooth, flat and ornate starburst surface with a silvery-white base color. The coating composition consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process of Al-Zinc plated steel sheet is similar to that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheet, which is a continuous melt coating process. 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated Al-Zinc plated steel sheet has superior corrosion resistance compared to galvanized steel sheet of the same thickness when exposed to the same environment on both sides. 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated Al-Zinc plated steel sheet not only has good corrosion resistance, but also has excellent adhesion and flexibility.

Features

Corrugated steel roofing sheet is suitable for industrial and civil buildings, warehouses, special buildings, large-span steel structure house roof, wall and internal and external wall decoration, with light weight, high strength, convenient and quick construction, seismic, fire prevention, rain prevention, long life, maintenance free characteristics
