Kinds of Painting

We mainly use PE, SMP, and PVDF three kinds of paint to produce PPGI PPGLCoil.

Coating type: polyester resin (PE), silicone-modified polyester resin (SMP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) coating performance characteristics and uses: PE board board surface and cut corrosion resistance is high, the life is generally 5-7 months, decorative in general, suitable for steel building roofs, walls and structural components; SMP coating of the color plate corrosion resistance is better than ordinary polyester products, cut corrosion resistance is high, coating life of about 10 months, decorative in general, the coating life of about 10 months, decorative in general, the color plate is better than the ordinary polyester products, cut corrosion resistance is high, the coating life of about 10 months, decorative in general, the coating life of about 10 months. SMP coated color plate has better corrosion resistance than common polyester products, high corrosion resistance against cutting, high coating life time, and general decorative properties, applicable to roof, wall and structural parts for structural buildings, steel windows and automobiles; PVDF color plate has excellent corrosion resistance, coating life time of 15-20 months, and general decorative properties, applicable to roof, wall and structural parts for structural buildings.

Package: 

Each coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye coil and one circumferential, the contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors. Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof/resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped. And each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band, three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance, and two-four such bands securely tied around belly of coil at about equal distance.

Common Quality Issues：

Product wave edge or in the loose drum belly phenomenon: mainly the quality of the existence of the substrate. The predecessor of the substrate is rolled hard, due to uneven thickness caused by the phenomenon of the most waves, the other due to equipment problems less part of this is the actual reason, if the substrate is not wave edge after painting wave edge then the general situation is: the corrective deviation or the existence of other equipment is not normal operation caused by the phenomenon. 

lines: products out of the back of the paint or back paint with paint leakage phenomenon in the industry is called: lines.
